Where are you based, and what areas do you cover?
We are based in Lugton, and cover the Ayrshire and Renfrewshire areas. We are happy to accept orders from further afield via post, or in person if you are willing to travel. Click here for more information.

Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Fill in the enquiry form by clicking here, or by calling 01294 665000. We respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.
When do I pay for my order?
Payment is due on completion and delivery of your order, with nothing up front. We are unfortunately unable to release orders until payment has been made in full, unless by prior arrangement.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit or debit cards, bank transfer/BACS or cash.
How long will my order take to complete?
This varies depending on the number of tapes you have, and if any cleaning or repairs are required. We will give you an approximate timeframe when providing your quote.

What brand of CD and DVD media do you use?
We always use good quality branded CD and DVD media. The specific brand used will vary depending on availability.
What brand of USB drives do you use?
We always use good quality branded USB drives. The specific brand used will vary depending on availability.

Digital Files, Formats and Storage
What file formats do you use for digital files?
By default, we use the MP4 file format for video, and the MP3 file format for audio. We find these are the most widely used and is compatible with a wide range of devices. We are able to provide your digital files in any other format on request.
What service do you use for online storage of digital files?
Digital files are stored on Dropbox, and a direct link is provided only to you.
How long do I have to download my digital files?
Digital files are stored for a minimum of 12 months from your delivery date. You can share, access and download them as many times as you like during this period.
