I had 28-30 old camcorder tapes, and they came and collected them, turn around was only 10 days. I now have a digital download and memory sticks. They even dropped off the memory sticks with the tapes and online download info. Fantastic service highly recommend. 6 out of 5 stars

My sister who lives in New Zealand asked if I could get our old family cine films put on Digital media so she could see them and I came across Sinstoun. Steven was very prompt with his replies and was able to to reproduce our 60+ year old films. My sister was delighted with the result and so am I. The service Steven provided is excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Absolutely magnificent customer service delivered by Steven and his team. I needed old tapes converted to digital format for Christmas Day. Royal Mail failed to deliver parcel to Steven before Christmas deadline. But a tremendous effort working into the night the digital format was delivered before Christmas Day. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, they go above and beyond all reasonable expectations so as to deliver a first class plus service

What a find this company is: super customer service with personal replies and appropriate follow up, reassuring progress messages, no question too big or too small, confidence building reviews when searching for someone to entrust the precious memories to and an efficient and very reasonably priced service. So happy with the cassettes from over 30 years ago now on digital formats and just great to hear the family voices again. Would not look anywhere else if I needed similar again and actually want to find something else for them to do because it was such a great experience. Thank you Stinstoun!

Steven converted two cassettes - live opera and concert performances from 1991 - over to digital for me, providing both WAV and MP3 files as requested. He was fantastic from the start, working on the tapes quickly and professionally to provide what I needed. I realised my own audio software couldn't split up the files so I had to get back to him to do an extra editing job for me, which, again, he did expertly and super-fast. I'm overjoyed to have found Steven and the service he provides, and will be inundating him in the months to come with cassettes and a some old vinyl recordings too to convert to digital for us. Can't recommend highly enough.

Excellent result can highly recommend. I had 40-year old cine films digitised as a Christmas present. Quality Steven and Stinstoun Digital produced was top-notch. Communication via phone and email was quick and thorough. Steven made an extra effort to produce the films in time for Christmas and delivered on time. Our family were delighted.

I found this company online and asked a few questions via WhatsApp. I received a personal reply almost straight away answering those questions. I posted mini DV tapes off and was told they had arrived, then when they were being worked on, an anticipated despatch date then finally a despatch and tracking number. Steven was brilliant from start to finish..He converted a couple of USA videos into CDs for me and also updated my old laptop which hadn't worked in a few years..It has a new lease of life and my dad's going to be thrilled with the CD of the American football game he was at way back in 94.. Cost was very competitive too..Would highly recommend Stinstoun Digital for quality, great customer service and professionalism..
